NAB joins with other Fishburner sponsors from the likes of Google, News Corp and PwC, in tapping in to the creative energy of the local startup community.

Executive general manager NAB Labs, Jon Davey says: “We see the digital environment changing significantly, and much of this change is being driven by smaller companies and startups. It’s important for NAB to partner with companies that we can learn from, to help us meet evolving business and technology trends."

Earlier this year, NAB announced the establishment of NAB Ventures, a $50 million fund to help spur the bank’s focus on customer-led innovation.

“We want our NAB team to be among the best global thinkers in the innovation space and give our customers access to the best ideas," says Davey. "Ultimately, this will help us to deliver better customer experiences."
