Russia's Sberbank has come up with the purrfect gimmick to entice customers - the loan of a free cat with every mortgage.
Sberbank is offering the first 30 customers approved for a mortgage the choice of 10 different cats, although the moggies are only on loan for a couple of hours.
This is to give them time to enter the customers' new homes - which brings good luck, according to Russian superstition.
