According to security blogger Brian Krebs, over the weekend the details of thousands of credit and debit cards went on sale on an underground forum called Rescator, which was previously used to offload millions of cards stolen during the Target breach.

Several banks contacted by Krebs told him that they had bought cards that had previously been issued to customers from the forum and that every one had been used at PF Chang's restaurants over the last couple of months.

In a statement, PF Chang's says: "PF Chang's takes these matters very seriously and is currently investigating the situation, working with the authorities to learn more. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information."
