Payment card rewards start-up Wallaby Financial has released a beta app for Google Glass.
Wallaby's card recommendation technology uses merchant, credit card, and financial data, combined with the user's personal preferences to select the best card for use in distinct situations.
With the average US consumer carrying six payment cards, Wallaby's apps help users to choose the right card to avoid fees, save money, and earn more rewards.
Now available in beta as a native app for Google Glass, Pay With Wallaby taps into geo-location settings to provide users with an "at-a-glance access to an unbiased recommendation based on Wallaby's industry-leading algorithms and database of credit card promotions and rewards intelligence".
Google's smart specs have clearly excited developers in the financial sphere, with Wallaby following in the footsteps of a host of financial services companies recently announcing support for Glass apps.
