CIBC's discount brokerage Web site Investor's Edge has introduced Canadian equity research from CIBC World Markets to its suite of online research tools and services.

CIBC World Markets' Canadian equities research division comprises 52 analysts and associates covering more than 350 stocks in 26 sectors of the Canadian market.
The Canadian equity research offering follows recent additions of research tools Big Charts and Groome Capital, along with the redesigning of the online discount brokerage's Web site.
The bank has also introduced a new online alerts service that allows clients to receive personalised stock notifications so that they can keep abreast of the latest developments affecting their investment portfolio.
Over the summer, CIBC plans to introduce further enhancements to its online offer. "We're making changes that we believe will give independent investors an edge in a world where timely, clear information and speed are key to financial success," says Lalumière.
