HSBC is bidding to bag young customers with a competition on facebook giving students the chance to win £15,000 bursaries.
The bank is calling on students to upload 90 second videos to the social networking site answering the question: "How would £15,000 at university help you make your mark on the world?"
Those interested have until 15 September to submit an entry before visitors to the facebook page are offered the chance to vote for their favourites.
The 20 entries receiving the most votes will then be whittled down to eight winners of £15,000 bursaries by a panel of judges including Usman Ali, vice president, NUS and Joe Garner, UK general manager, HSBC.
Matt Nguyen, youth and student segment manager, HSBC, says: "By using facebook, we hope to reach as many students as possible and give them the opportunity to win a bursary which could transform their university experience."
