Pagano, who has been with the tech giant since 1995, reports to Susan Hauser, vice president, worldwide financial services.

Prior to the new role, he acted as services sales leader in the New York metro area, managing a team looking after strategic global financial services accounts, including with JPMorgan Chase, Citicorp, Morgan Stanley, Bank of New York, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Nyse, Nasdaq, Merrill Lynch and the DTCC.

Says Hauser: "Joe brings to his new leadership role a great depth of experience in aligning our solutions with industry business needs and developing strong IT and business management relationships with our financial services customers."
