New Jersey-based Cognizant Technology Solutions has joined the Pegasystems Alliance Program to provide training and certification services to organisations implementing the PegaCRM solution.
Rick Serafino, director of channel sales, Pegasystems, comments: "This collaborative effort will not only expand alternatives for Pegasystems customers seeking assistance with their CRM implementations, it will also provide Cognizant customers with access to a world-class CRM system."
US mutual fund services provider, PFPC, a member of the PNC Financial Services Group, has been named as the first mutual customer to use Pegasystems' software offering and Cognizant's IT consulting.
