California-based online bank eosbank is using electronic delivery and messaging software from ACI to send bank statements via digitally signed and encrypted e-mail to customers throughout the US.
The bank is using ACI's new M-StatementT software to offer its customers electronic statement delivery direct to their desktops. Embedded links within the statements provide one-click access to the eosbank Web site.
Roy Henderson, chairman and CEO, eosbank says that in a survey of customers, 98 percent said they want technology that gives them instant, easy access to account information. "With ACI's solution, customers now promptly receive their vital account data via secure e-mail without having to log into a Web site or wait days for regular mail delivery," he says.
