Mumbai-based Patni Computer Systems has won a 16-month systems integration contract with Turkey's Akbank to implement a new customer relationship management system from Chordiant Software.
Patni says the technology will complement existing systems and improve Akbank's portfolio, campaign and leads management processes.
The ultimate objective is to provide Akbank with a uniform and consistent view of its customers to drive up targeted intelligent sales and improve existing reporting facilities.
