Bank of Ireland is implementing Blue Curve - a research management package from London banking and securities software vendor Corero - across its global markets division.
Corero, which was formerly known as Mondas, says Bank of Ireland has signed a three year contract for the technology, which also covers the supply of licences, professional services, hosting and support.
The hosted system will help the bank's unit produce and distribute its research products, says the vendor.
Mark Robertson, managing director, Corero Financial Markets division, adds: "We look forward to working with Bank of Ireland to build and operate a highly efficient research production platform that will bring them significant operational benefits."
Bank of Ireland says the software will help improve customer service and efficiency.
The implementation will begin immediately and is expected to go live in early 2008.
