UK-based banking consultancy CWB has appointed Des Carroll as head of its newly formed fidessa practice. He is tasked with overseeing and developing CWB's fidessa services which include implementation, technical enhancements, training and documentation and support for the royalblue-supplied equities dealing system.
Carroll was previously a programme manager within the front office cash equities IT area of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein where he was responsible for defining, planning and implementing fidessa within the global markets group in London and Hong Kong.
