Founded in 1995, CPL has opertions in London and New York and has an annual turnover of over $40 million. The firm currently employs over 160 practitioners with expertise in derivatives technology.

Rob Heyvaert, founder and CEO of Capco, says the acquisition will enable the firm to deliver "front-to-back" services to clients and offer derivatives technology and services.

"Our combined team of derivatives consulting and technology specialists is one of the largest in the market and together we will be able to better answer the increasing demand for end to end derivatives processing transformation from our collective clients," says Heyvaert.
