Business relationship management firm Youcentric is collaborating with Fiserv on the development of a CRM solution for the global retail financial services sector.
Under the agreement, Fiserv and Youcentric will utilise the ICBS package and Yourelate as building blocks to develop a single, purpose-built solution which banks may use to target, attract, acquire, service and retain customer relationships.
Explaining the deal, Alex Groenendyk, president, Fiserv CBS Worldwide, comments: "Generic CRM solutions have failed to address the unique way in which retail financial services organisations manage relationships, particularly across the entire product lifecycle."
The two companies have assembled a team to build the campaign and the customer targeting, attracting and acquiring portion of the solution, says Groenendyk.
Youcentric's Java-based eBusiness Relationship Management software is currently pitched at wholesale banks as a tool for managing information and interactions among customers, sales partners, employees, and suppliers in real time.
