The Fidelity Mobile XPressPay service is powered by Cyphermint's PayCash Mobile technology and enables customers to initiate a bill payment from their phone or schedule an alert notification to process a payment.

When a payment is due, the customer can receive an alert and with a single click, they can pay the bill and receive confirmation without having to enter or store any personal data on their handset. All transactions are protected by a user PIN.

The service will also include a stored value card and electronic "wallet" account that will be tied to the phone so that bills can be paid from pre-loaded funds on the account. The e-wallet can be loaded at Fidelity XPresspay or Cyphermint funding locations, or via direct deposit, credit card and ACH transfer.
