Shares in UK derivatives trading software vendor FfastFill have jumped on news that the firm has received an approach regarding an offer for the business.
FFastFill stock climbed over 20% to 7.88 pence in mid-morning trading after it released a statement saying it had received an approach regarding a possible offer for the business. The stock stood at 7.25 pence at mid-afternoon.
In a statement the London-based vendor says the approach is at an early stage and "may or may not lead to an offer being made".
