Misys Banking Systems has acquired SC Fino Capital SRL, a Romanian financial software house with development capabilities in the treasury and capital markets arena.
The Fino business comprises software design, development, maintenance and support in the OTC derivatives arena and specifically in the Misys Summit product range. The company has a gross asset value of $18,500 and employs 67 staff.
