Crouch will use his network of contacts in the investment banking world to open doors for SuperDerivatives with key partners in the areas of trading and auditing, acquisitions, and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining SuperDerivatives, Crouch was a senior vice president and the head of investment banking at Moors & Cabot, Inc., one of the oldest private investment banks in the United States.

David Gershon, president and CEO of SuperDerivatives, says the firm is looking to capitalise on heightened market interest in derivatives risk management technologies and technqiques. He says the firm's ASP-based business model enables buy and sell-side participants to quickly scale-up their derivaitves business as the markets expand.

"Ed’s track record with the financial industry allows him to convey this important message to banks’ executives." Gershon concludes.
