The bank has also signed up to the vendor's hosted ASP service, TTNET.

TT says its hosted service provides highly resilient connections to the world's top futures exchanges and allows customers to easily distribute X_TRADER to traders from TTNET hubs in Chicago, New Jersey, London and Frankfurt.

Greg Totts, managing director and global head of futures at HSBC, says: "In response to growing demand from our major institutional and global hedge fund clients, HSBC are pleased to be working with TT to integrate their trading platform into our core infrastructure to provide direct access to electronic markets across the globe."
