UK banking systems vendor Mondas has signed London stockbroker Panmure Gordon & Co to its flagship corporate actions processing technology, Radica Caps.
AIM-listed Mondas says its Radica Caps 4 product will provide Panmure Gordon with a fully automated end-to-end corporate actions processing system for both equities and income events.
The system will create a 'golden record' from the event capture and data scrubbing modules. Entitlement calculation, position management, notifications and Outcome production are all included in the roll-out of the system.
Nick Cook, head of operations at Panmure Gordon, comments: "The automation of corporate actions is critical to support our business plans moving forward. Radica Caps will eradicate a number of manual processes and risks and provide us with a fully automated front to back flow for all corporate events."
The vendor says Panmure Gordon will also deploy its Web-based EMP election management portal.
