Indian fintech vendor i-flex has signed Chile's Banco del Desarrollo, Banco Security and Banco Internacional to its flagship core banking platform, Flexcube.
The banks have mandated Chilean telecom provider Entel to implement the system as part of a larger project designed to reduce overall bank costs by outsourcing technology and operations services.
The vendor says a Spanish version of the Flexcube system will be installed at each institution to handle back-office operations and client management needs.
I-flex's Spanish partner DMR Consulting will support the deployment with integration, migration and consulting services.
