The European Invesment Bank (EIB) has signed a three year contract with Cybertrust subsidiary Ubizen for the provision of managed security services.

Under terms of the agreement, Cybertrust will provide onsite security engineering consultancy, maintenance and support and 24x7 monitoring and management services for all EIB IT security devices. The contract is extendable to five years.

John Holland, Cybertrust SVP and GM, Emea comments: "Cybertrust is seeing strong growth in the number of companies that are realising the advantages of consolidated security operations, centralised support and 24/7 monitoring and management of security devices by entrusting their security operations to a third party."

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
