ASX will use the CameronFIX platform for all FIX trading across equities, derivatives and fixed income products.

Cameron Systems says the addition of FIX to ITS will help ASX to enhance the capital liquidity of its markets by promoting and encouraging the ongoing growth of direct market access. The exchange's ITS platform is based on the OMX CLICK XT Exchange System.

Last year Australia-based released its CameronFIX Seats (stock exchange automated trading system) interface and Market Mirror product which provides FIX connectivity to ASX.
