UK retail banking software firm Intelligent Environments (iE) says trading for the first six months of the year is up 10% compared to last year due to new contract wins at HBOS and BBVA for its NetFinance software and on-going projects at HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland and Ashburton.
In a statement, Clive Richards, chairman, iE, says the board is confident that the improvement in the first half of the year will continue and that the company will meet current management expectations.
The vendor previously reported a doubling in operating losses for the year-ended December 2004 and a 12% fall in revenues to £3.1 million.
