CoopDesarrollo is the sixth largest credit union in Mexico and currently serves around 100,000 clients and has more than 183 employees and operations across its 24 branches.

The bank's managing director Patricio Godinez Valadez says new national regulations pushed CoopDesarrollo to look for a technology platform that would improve internal controls and quality of service.

"Fiserv offered us a solution and technology that will make it possible for CoopDesarrollo to improve its service offerings in the areas of credit and savings, improve its internal controls and the security and reliability of all the members’ information," says Godinez Valadez.
