New York market data technology firm Wombat Financial Software has appointed former Reuters sales executive Tim Yockel as vice president of sales for North America.
Yockel was previously an RMDS sales executive at Reuters America where he spent six years selling business integration systems to firms in the Northeast region of the US.
Prior to joining Reuters America, Yockel spent two years at Bloomberg managing sell-side accounts in the New York area. His sales background also includes roles at Lehman Brothers in mortgage-backed securities and insurance at Northwestern Mutual Life.
In his new role, Yockel will be based in New York and report to Danny Moore, COO, Wombat.
