Pegasystems has made available the PegaSYSTEM 7.1 upgrade for existing customer implementations. The new release promises increased uptime, capacity and scalability.
PegaSYSTEM 7.1 includes PegaWORKS, Pegasystems' patented rules engine, which standardises an organisation's best practices and automates workflow; PegaCONNECT, providing connectivity to legacy applications and databases; and PegaCALL, an interface to computer-telephony integration (CTI) functions.
Version 7.1 is provided to existing customers at no additional charge as an upgrade specified in their maintenance agreement.
