ING Direct UK is using PowerCenter to integrate all of its customer-related information for viewing via a single screen.

Vincent Chatard, IT director at ING Direct UK, says: "Informatica PowerCenter has helped us consolidate and leverage the knowledge we've gathered across more than 700,000 UK customers in order to best meet their evolving financial needs."

Chatard says the software also enables changes to be implemented easily and efficiently within the bank's data warehouse environment.

The bank's data warehouse system is primarily used by its marketing group to achieve a single view of customers and drive initiatives for customer acquisition, retention, up-selling and cross-selling.
