TechHackers specialises in developing technology for quantitatively complex market sectors and business areas such as derivatives, fixed income, asset securitisation and risk management.

The company says its @nalyst line of spreadsheet function add-ins and QuantTools analytic programming modules are embedded in systems serving over one hundred thousand market professionals worldwide.

Following the acquisition, TechHackers will operate within the BondDesk*Analytics division but will continue support clients from its current Manhattan headquarters.

Jan Mayle, MD of BondDesk*Analytics, says TechHackers' specialisation in quantitatively complex areas will allow BondDesk to move into new markets.
