Ceská sporitelna, the largest commercial bank in the Czech Republic, has deployed Belgium-based Clear2Pay's online payments processing platform, ProxyPay.
ProxyPay enables financial institutions to capture, authorise, route and settle all card based transactions on the Internet. The system accepts payments made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro cards.
The technology has been installed at Ceská sporitelna and rolled out to the bank's merchant customers.
Commenting on the implementation, Miloslav Krecan, director, card centre, says: "The ProxyPay platform gives us a secure and flexible environment."
