The subsidiary of Australia’s Commonwealth Bank is one of Indonesia’s fastest growing wealth management institutions with branches throughout Indonesia. The Thaler solution has replaced a PC-based DOS system and will streamline data flow, providing real-time data across the bank.

Symon Brewis-Weston, president director of PTBC, says the bank has seen its clients become more sophisticated and demand new and improved services, which required replacing legacy systems to support customer needs and meet service level agreements.

Callatay & Wouters partnered with Indonesian systems integrator Epicentrum to deliver the project in under six months.
