Standard Bank of South Africa has selected Fair Isaac's Triad adaptive control system to replace its existing credit card risk management software.
Standard Bank says it will use the Triad software for risk management functionality, including behaviour scoring, 'Champion-Challenger' strategy testing, authorisations, credit limit and delinquent collections management.
A team of PIC Solutions consultants have been commissioned to assist with the design, implementation and ongoing management of Triad in the Standard Bank Card Division.
