Dublin-based analytics and CRM vendor Norkom has won a significant risk management and fraud prevention contract with National Australia Group Europe.
Under the agreement, the European outposts of National Australia Bank will implement Norkom's Alchemist Risk Management software applications across a number of lines of business.
Alchemist enables banks to improve their defences against credit and debit card fraud, money laundering, and operational risk by mointoring transactions for unusual trends.
NAB group members in the UK and Ireland are Clydesdale Bank, Yorkshire Bank, Northern Bank and National Irish Bank.
