OMHEX has appointed Maria Khorsand as president of the financial markets business area, and Elizabeth Sipiere as president of its banks & brokers unit.
Khorsand joins OMHEX after 17 years at Ericsson, the last three as president of technology licensing, an organisation of approximately 200 employees, responsible for Bluetooth wireless licensing. She will be based in Stockholm and takes over from Roland Tibell, who will now focus on the Americas region as president of OM Technology Americas.
Sipiere, a former head of HP's capital markets business and CEO of failed order routing vendor Interbizz Financial Systems was most recently chief operating officer of financial markets consultancy Buttonwood Tree. Sipiere will be based in London and is taking over from OM Technology president Klas Ståhl who has been acting president of banks & brokers.
All three positions will report in to Ståhl.
