German bank Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg (LBBW) has implemented Maryland-based Oblicore's service management software, Guarantee, to monitor the performance of its online brokerage service, Direktbrokerage.
Guarantee aggregates data from the bank's network management, transaction, helpdesk, database and business intelligence applications, which is used to monitor and manage the brokerage service.
Oblicore says the system will ensure the bank meets external business agreements covering the availability and performance of the brokerage service, as well as the accuracy of the business transactions.
The vendor says LBBW will expand the use of its technology to cover other mission-critical systems and processes.
