Linedata Services, a French provider of asset management software, has launched a compliance monitoring and risk management system, Linedata Compliance.
Linedata says the real-time system offers advanced pre- and post-trade compliance checking, comprehensive monitoring and flexible reporting across all markets, regulatory agencies and asset types.
The product uses a real-time, N-Tier, message-based architecture, and seamlessly integrates with existing front and back office systems.
Jack Wiener, COO at Linedata Services, says: "In developing Linedata Compliance, we approached compliance checking as a continuous process occurring throughout every phase of the investment cycle, rather than isolated pre- and post-trade checks."
Wiener says the system streamlines compliance workflow and simplifies the customisation and ongoing maintenance of rules and rule sets.
