Texas-based banking technology vendor Tantau Software has released results of performance testing of its mobile commerce (m-commerce)platform which it claims demonstrates scalability to millions of users.
Tantau says the internal tests demonstrated the platform's capacity to support a financial institution with 10 million customers and handle the demands of 100,000 concurrent users.
The company claims that other industry platforms have peaked in the thousands of concurrent users.
