UK independent cash machine operator Moneybox has published a prospectus outlining plans for a flotation on London's Alternative Investment Market next week.
The move is expected to value the business at £93.6 million.
Moneybox is 60% owned by business and marketing services group Ambient and 30% owned by venture capitalist Apax.
