ADP Brokerage Services has launched a 'second-generation' back office workflow system for real-time exception processing.
The system, developed with business process management outfit Staffware, is designed to increase operational efficiency by allowing exceptions to be routed to back-office personnel based on user-defined business rules.
The Purchase and Sales and Margin exception processing applications are now in production, says the vendor.
