US Bancorp Asset Management is implementing the Charles River investment management system (IMS) to support its equity, fixed income and private asset management operations, replacing products from Linedata and Thomson Financial.
The system will also replace a proprietary fixed income system.
US Bancorp is implementing the complete Charles River IMS package, which includes the vendor's portfolio and order management applications and compliance monitoring system.
The firm plans to roll out Charles River IMS to approximately 70 employees by June 2004.
Mark Jordahl, chief investment officer, US Bancorp Asset Management, says the system "will contribute to our ability to achieve straight-through processing."
