Australian fund management software vendor InfoComp says its Conductor system enables seamless STP between front and back-end systems. The product is designed to work with a range of front-end applications, including client Web sites, desktop software, ICR and IVR systems as well as data aggregators.

CSAM says the product is being used to link its Market Trust platform with IWL's VisiPlan financial planning system, allowing advisors to transfer plans, in real-time.

The implementation of Conductor will also enable CSAM to reduce the time and costs associated with transaction processing, by eliminating the need to re-key.

Robert DeDominicis, MD, InfoComp, says: "Credit Suisse should be able to reduce transaction processing costs by as much as 50%, allowing for substantial cost and time savings on their daily transactions."

CSAM is the first firm to implement Infocomp's Conductor.
