Securities brokerage Oppenheimer has licensed XcitekSolutionsPlus' XSP software to manage its corporate actions processing.
Oppenheimer will also roll out the vendor's Web-based module for automated notifications and response capture processing, eTran, to its 1600 financial advisors.
XcitekSolutionsPlus says its XSP package allows users to manage corporate actions processes and monitor exceptions by providing data capture, event notification, response tracking and processing of entitlements.
Robert Lowenthal, technology officer at Oppenheimer, says: "After reviewing our options, XSP presented a solution that we believe will satisfy our requirements."
