Developed by Smart System Technologies of New York, the 'PowerPay' system allows Seahawks fans to pay for purchases at the stadium by waving a radio frequency-enabled keyfob over a reader at point-of-sale terminals.

Introduced during the 2003-2004 pre-season, 33% of the Club season ticket holders have opted into the PowerPay programme. The Seahawks are supporting the programme by providing opportunities for rewards and competitions for PowerPay users, including autographed merchandise. Information derived from consumer spending habits is used to direct marketing campaigns.
