Stockholm-based dealing systems vendor Orc Software has launched its server-based automated trading platform, Orc Liquidator.
Orc says the platform allows users to program their own trading strategies using an easy-to-learn programming language, allowing the system to automatically execute trades within these parameters.
Orc Liquidator will also provide direct access to more than 65 electronic exchanges and can be integrated with a firm's existing IT systems.
Nils Nilsson, president and CEO, Orc Software, says: "With the Liquidator they (users) will be able to adapt quickly to market conditions that change by a fraction of a second and automatically capture cross-market, cross-product and cross-currency opportunities."
