Fiserv CBS Worldwide is to market and distribute AIT's customer interaction management (CIM) software, Portrait, with its marketing, sales and servicing products for financial services firms.
Alex Groenendyk, president, Fiserv CBS Worldwide, says: "Our clients will better manage every aspect of their customer lifecycle - from targeting and attraction to customer acquisition, servicing and retention, as well as targeted cross-sell."
Fiserv has been distrubting AIT's technology components with its Alliant Customer Relationship Servicing (CRS) system since the mid 1990s.
UK-based AIT says the new deal increases the reach of Portrait to a larger set of financial services clients and extends its strategy to build a global presence.
