Philadelphia-based trading systems vendor FNX has appointed Collin Cohen as a member of its board of directors.
Cohen was previously executive vice president of Advent Software. During his five years at Advent, Cohen's responsibilities included managing two subsidiaries.
Prior to Advent, he was a principal at private equity firm American Industrial Partners and a manager at Bain and Company in San Francisco and Boston.
