UK financial services group HBOS is implementing ALG Software's Metify Activity Based Management (ABM) application across its life and pensions divisions.
HBOS will use the Web-based Metify ABM Team Edition to identify and manage the cost and profitability of all product ranges, service operations and activities within each division and site location.
ALG says the product will provide the group with an improved understanding of each business, enabling it to identify potential cost savings and improve efficiency.
