London-based City Networks has appointed Hiroshi Matsubara, Tim Horsley and Honey Tan as business developement managers at its Asia Pacific operations.

Matsubara has 20 years experience in the Japanese IT market, working at multinationals including JD Edwards and EMC. Matsubara joins City Networks' Tokyo office.

In his new role, Horsley will be based at the vendor's Singapore office and will focus on driving business in South East Asia. He has worked in the region for 12 years at companies including Dow Jones, Misys and Fiserv.

Tan, who will also be based at the vendor's Singapore office, was previously at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) and has also held roles at United Overseas Bank and Netik.
