Canadian financial group Desjardins is deploying Elix's IVS VoiceXML for Windows 2000 interactive voice response (IVR) platform to support its speech activated telephone banking services.

The Elix platform allows for the integration of an automated speech recognition system that will be used by the bank's AccesD and Visa cusomers for telephone banking transactions.
