Launching later this summer, the new website will be hosted at www.tsb.co.uk and will feature an array of enhancements - shown off in a new one-minute YouTube video (http://youtu.be/kxCuSKwyhkg).

The website will feature a 'responsive website design' (RWD) meaning the page will be optimised whether accessed on a mobile phone, tablet or PC.

Following countless hours of usability testing and lots of customer feedback since TSB launched in September 2013, the user interface of the upcoming website has been modernised to make it easier for customers to find the information they need - but without any of the fuss.

In response to customer feedback, the TSB website's branch locator has seen a total overhaul, making it easier for customers to identify, locate and contact their local branch.  It is the first part of the new website to 'go-live' and is now available to customers.  It gives customers a good indication of the look and feel of the rest of the new website.

Lorraine Donington, TSB's Head of Digital User Experience, said: "Since launching in September last year we've received plenty of feedback about our website and have been working hard to try and create something that reflects our brand and makes things easier for our customers.  I'm really excited about the new site and looking forward to using it as a platform to make constant improvements."

The exact date of the launch of the new website will be confirmed later this summer.

Internet Banking stays just the way it is, so customers don't have to worry about changes to the part of the site where they manage their money.
